Our summer and holiday camp is a great way for kids to learn about horse care and riding in a fun and safe environment. Campers will learn basic riding skills and participate in fun activities.
They'll also enjoy grooming and feeding the horses, doing crafts, and spending time outdoors. Each day brings new ways to build confidence, care for animals, and make friends. It's a fun and educational experience your child will always remember!

Johnson’s Folly Horse Farm offers therapeutic programs and is a proud member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International, which promotes equine-assisted activities for individuals with special needs.
We also collaborate with local initiatives such as the HERD Foundation and Assisted Equine Healing, both of which are based at Tara Farm. These partnerships allow us to support children and adults with diverse emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.

Disciplines Offered
Riding programs for all levels
Hunter School
$80 for 30 minutes
Our Hunter program teaches riders the art of smooth, rhythmic, and stylish jumping rounds, with a strong focus on position, control, and presentation. Riders learn to navigate courses with elegance and precision, developing strong flatwork and jumping fundamentals. Ideal for riders who enjoy showing in Hunter classes or simply want to improve their form and partnership with the horse in a supportive and structured environment.
Jumper School
$80 for 30 minutes
Our Jumper program focuses on developing agility, speed, and precision over fences. Riders work on course strategy, tight turns, and quick reactions to prepare for jumper shows or more dynamic riding. This program emphasizes confident decision-making, technical riding skills, and strong communication between horse and rider. Suitable for students who love an energetic challenge and want to build athleticism and trust with their horse.
Dressage
$80 for 30 minutes
Our dressage lessons are designed to develop a strong connection, balance, and clear communication between horse and rider. We welcome riders of all levels, from beginner to advanced, and provide personalized instruction in a respectful, encouraging environment that supports growth and confidence.
