Our Team

Nongae Johnson brings over 30 years of experience in equine studies and farm management. As the owner of Johnson’s Folly Horse Farm in Delray Beach, she oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high standards of care for both horses and riders.

She is a PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. Nongae also facilitates equine-assisted therapy sessions through Equine Assisted Healing Inc., working with a variety of rehabilitation centers.

Her formal training includes horsemanship studies at Meredith Manor International Equestrian Center in West Virginia and Parelli University in Reddick, Florida.

Molly Tatham is a lifelong equestrian with a strong foundation in eventing and dressage. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, she gained hands-on experience working at the racetrack and alongside an equine veterinarian while developing her own competitive career.

Over the years, Molly has owned and managed several farms and worked with respected programs including Everglades Arabians and Valhalla Farms Trakehners. She has successfully coached Adult Amateurs and Junior/Young Riders to the North American Junior and Young Rider Championships, earning multiple gold medals.

Molly’s greatest passion is helping riders achieve their goals—whether mastering the basics or reaching the championship podium—and guiding each horse and rider partnership to shine.
